RJ was an entertainer & people person his entire life. He opened CJ's Labor Day 1984 & made it the institution it is today with the simple but genius concept of having the best & biggest burger around (before the trend became popular) to create a great & fun place to party, but also a safe place by always looking out for his patrons. He also created the name & recipe for CJ's now legendary "Super Pub Burgers".

RJ entertained literally thousands of patrons who have graced CJ's doors & was a friend to most all he met from 1984 until his most untimely death on September 26, 2009. RJ was the greatest brother ever, was loved by many & is missed more than words could ever express. Our family most especially & CJ's has lost someone irreplaceable. Without RJ there would never have been a CJ's & it is truly in his memory we will do our best to carry on & our family thanks you for your continued patronage.
